Our layers work with clients and their families to find the best estate plan for
the family. This planning includes the counseling and preparation of such instruments
as wills, trusts (both living and one set up in a will), living wills (health care
directives) and power of attorneys. The estate planning counseling is without charge
and the clients determine the extent of the fee by choosing the type of estate planning
they desire, if any.
The firm also handles the probate of wills and the estates of persons who pass away
without a will. We also handle the establishment of guardianship of those persons
who are disabled for one reason or another.
