Tim Hutchinson joined the firm in April of 2002. Today Tim focuses his practice on commercial litigation, real estate and construction law, employment law, and personal injury.

Tim is a former member of the Arkansas House of Representatives where he served on matters of business law, employment law, and corporate governance.

Tim is an adjunct professor of Business and Employment law for John Brown University’s Advance Program. He has served as the former Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in Sebastian and Benton Counties. Additionally, Tim has served as the Special Prosecutor in Carroll County for the purpose of prosecuting Class Y felonies.


Tim is a graduate of the National College of District Attorneys Forensic Evidence Course in San Diego, and he is also a former Government Relations Specialist for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. Tim was recognized by the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal in 2002 as a “Top 40 Under 40” leader.

Community Involvement:
Tim is a member of the Arkansas and American Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Benton County Bar Association.

Tim, his wife Julie, and two sons, Luke and Cooper, attend First Baptist Church of Springdale.

Tim serves as the State Director of the New Century Project, and he is a former board member for the Children’s Advocacy Center of Benton County.

Tim was appointed by Governor Mike Huckabee to serve as a board member for the Arkansas State Drug and Alcohol Prevention Advisory Board.
