Bryan Vernetti joined the firm in April of 2009. Today Bryan focuses his practice on civil litigation, property and construction law, and family law.

Bryan has been a licensed attorney for 4 years and he has lived in Benton County for most of his life.

He represents the Bella Vista Architectural Control Committee and has experience enforcing the protective covenants of Bella Vista while coordinating the efforts with the Bella Vista Property Owner’s Association.

Bryan currently serves on the Bentonville School District’s Board of Education and resides in Bella Vista with his wife and two young children. His knowledge of Bella Vista’s history and the community itself will undoubtedly make him an asset in resolving Bella Vista’s legal and practical concerns.
